Landscape Property Information Viewer
Navigate an interactive map to access property information, including assessed property values, tax levies, legal property descriptions, and the year built for all property types. The service will be updated with 2026 data by the end of May.

Assessment Reports via MyCity
The Assessment Reports service via MyCity provides access to legal descriptions, assessed values and total tax levies. It has been updated with 2026 data.
Tax Certificates
Registered clients can perform searches and generate tax certificates for properties located in St. Albert.
Tax Certificate Deposits
For registered clients who have accounts set up for ordering tax searches and certificates.
