Reciprocal Use Agreement

The City of St. Albert, Greater St. Albert Catholic Regional School Division #29, St. Albert Public Schools and the Regional Authority of Greater North Central Francophone Education Region #2 are partners in the Reciprocal Use Agreement, which means the residents of St. Albert and St. Albert Schools have reciprocal use of City and school facilities.

Under the terms of the Reciprocal Use Agreement, school facilities are available to St. Albert residents and non-profit organizations offering programs to the community after school hours. School gyms, lunchrooms, classrooms and specialized rooms such as home economic rooms, art rooms and music rooms can be made available with approval. The school facilities are in high demand and requests for the next season are dealt with on a Master Schedule basis. Requests are to be submitted by June 1 of each year.

There are no charges for the use of school facilities. For weekend tournaments of 50 or more people, recovery of custodial costs apply.
