Monthly E-Billing starts July 1, 2019!
Sign up for e-billing today! Simplify your life and have your bi-monthly utility bill delivered right to your inbox! Be more environmentally-friendly and enjoy the ease and conveniecne of e-billing. Beginning July 1, 2019, the City will be moving to monthly paperless billing for all utility bills. This means residents will need to register for e-billing, so their utility bills can be delivered via email. For more information, click on Monthly Utility E-Billing.
Application for Services
The customer associated with an account is responsible for all charges until service is ended by the City. An Account Initiation Fee is billed on all accounts opened. Please allow two business days for the opening and closing of accounts.
