In an effort to support our residents and customers during the challenges of the COVID-19 outbreak, the City of St. Albert has decided to defer utility bills for residential and commercial accounts for the next three months.
Monthly e-billing is here!
Sign up for e-billing today! Simplify your life and have your monthly utility bill delivered right to your inbox! Be more environmentally-friendly and enjoy the ease and convenience of e-billing. The City has moved to monthly paperless billing for all utility bills. This change means residents will need to register for e-billing, so their utility bills can be delivered via email. Applying for Services
The customer associated with an account is responsible for all charges until service is ended by the City. An Account Initiation Fee is billed on all accounts opened. Please allow two business days for the opening and closing of accounts.
