The City has moved to monthly paperless billing for all utility bills. This change means residents will need to register for e-billing, so their utility bills can be delivered via email. Applying for Services
The customer associated with an account is responsible for all charges until service is ended by the City. An Account Initiation Fee is billed on all accounts opened. Please allow two business days for the opening and closing of accounts.
