You will find your cart's 9-digit serial number on the upper right side. (e.g. 123 # 456789)

What's damaged on your cart?

Every effort will be made to repair your cart before it is replaced.

Pricing differences between cart options

* If one 240L cart is not sufficient, an additional 240L cart can be requested. You must already be receiving a 240L cart to request an additional cart. You will be charged monthly for an additional cart and a one-time $50 administration fee will apply.

* If one 240L cart is not sufficient, an additional 240L cart can be requested. You must already be receiving a 240L cart to request an additional cart. There is no additional monthly fee, however a one-time $50 administration fee will apply.


 

Please Note

  • Cart swaps are performed within a 3 week window from the date the request is received by the City.
  • Please continue using your present cart until the City completes your request. The cart must be visible from the street (top of your driveway or in front of your garage) starting the following business day and continue to be placed at the curb on your regular collection day.
  • One site visit for cart changes is allowed per calendar year at no cost. A $50 administration fee applies to any additional site visits.
  • There is no cost difference between the medium (120L) and the large (240L) Green Organics Cart. Options are provided to meet varying household needs with food scraps, leaves, and yard waste.
