Monthly Utility e-Billing

Now in Effect

The City has moved to monthly paperless billing for all utility bills through our MyCity website. This means residents will need to register for e-billing, a service the City already provides, so their utility bills can be delivered via email.

The move to monthly billing was facilitated by various factors, including resident requests, Council direction and the technology/meters used for the City’s Water Meter Replacement Program.

The City is also implementing a fee for paper utility bills. Those residents who chose to continue to receive a paper bill yet have home internet access are required to pay $1.54 per bill (total of $18.48/year). This is the cost recovery fee for a utility bill to be printed and mailed in 2025.
