Customers who are signed up for pre-authorized withdrawals and cannot pay your bill in full will need to notify Utility Services.
- Due to increased pressure on our call lines, please contact Utility Services by email at email@example.com. You can expect to receive a response within one to two business days.
Customers are also able to use MyCity accounts. Residents can view current outstanding balances, view past utility bills as far back as two years, and sign up for eBilling and receive their utility bill as soon as it’s processed. To reach a MyCity account, visit: https://my.stalbert.ca/
If you are experiencing financial challenges in light of the current situation, please discuss your situation with one of our Utility Representatives to discuss payment arrangements.
