Customers who are signed up for pre-authorized withdrawals and cannot pay their bill in full will need to notify Utility Services.

Customers are also able to use MyCity accounts. Residents can view current outstanding balances, past utility bills as far back as two years, and sign up for e-billing to receive their utility bill by email as soon as it’s processed. To create or log into a MyCity account, visit:
