Beginning May 1, 2025, recycling program fees will be reduced from $6.54 to $1.40 per month. This change is due to the new Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) regulations. The City is recovering the maximum amount of costs possible through EPR and stewardship programs to decrease rates for residents. Some items are not fully covered through these programs and still require a small fee to continue with the same service and service levels.
