Commemorative Bench and Tree Program
The City is conducting a program review of the Commemorative Bench and Tree Program. During this time no new applications will be processed. All applications in progress will continue and be installed as planned.
The Commemorative Bench and Tree Program offers a commemorative memoriam element for people with a connection to St. Albert. Since it is for memorial purposes only, it’s not intended to recognize individuals who are still living.
This program allows applicants to request and view sites online. Once an application is approved and payment is received, bench plaques are installed between May and September and trees are planted between June and September. Application forms processed after August 1st may have to be installed the following year due to temperature requirements for installation.Topics in this section
