The City of St Albert Recreation and Parks department is pleased to share its Partnership Framework!

The framework acknowledges the significant and valuable role many St Albert organizations play in the delivery of recreation facilities, programs and services and adopts a partnership lifecyle model to help the City and community groups develop and maintain health partnership practices.

The Framework outlines our partnership philosophy, areas for partnerships, potential partnership contributions for both the city and community groups and emphasizes purposeful action and ongoing monitoring and evaluation as essential to partnership success.

As the community continues to grow and change, the City continually looks to work directly with organizations, through ongoing relationships or formal partnerships, to extend and enhance the range, quality, and accessibility of recreation opportunities for residents of St. Albert and the surrounding area.
