Rooms and Clubhouses

The City of St. Albert maintains five clubhouses that are available to St. Albert residents and non-profit organizations for program and meeting purposes. User fees apply.

The clubhouse facilities are available all year, however, the Mission Clubhouse is leased year-round to the St. Albert Tennis Club and is unavailable to rent.

Active Living Centre

The Active Living Centre is a distinctive room within Servus Place and is available for a variety of uses such as general types of meetings, small receptions, seminars and parties. This room is located on the west side of the 2nd level.

Boardroom

Located on the 2nd Level, the boardroom provides an aesthetically pleasing atmosphere that includes windows on 3 sides that overlook the Aquatic Centre, the 2nd Floor Foyer, and the west exterior. The room is also complemented by a hardwood board room table and executive-style chairs that can accommodate 12 people. There is a television mounted on the wall for video presentations. Other configurations can be accommodated with standard chairs and tables as well.

Multi-purpose Room

The multi-purpose room is utilized by Servus Place for programs and is easily converted into a basic meeting room facility.

The Homes by Avi Community Room

The Homes by Avi Community Room is situated at the south entrance on the main level and is equipped with wireless internet access, multiple power access, and sink facilities. The room can be set up in a variety of configurations to suit the activity. The room’s most significant feature is a retracting wall that divides the room into 2 separate rooms, A and B.
