This circuit is great for any fitness level and works on your upper/lower body strength and cardiovascular system. The great part about this outdoor equipment is that you can jump right on at any time! Whether you are going for a run or walk in the area, you can take a quick stop and get in those extra workouts you would normally only get inside a gym. The equipment is also low impact, which means it is safe for any age or fitness level to use.

How do I get there?

The first circuit at Lafleur Park (A on the map) features five pieces of equipment and is located on Lacombe Drive between Lafleur Drive. The second circuit at Leveque Park (B on the map) also features five pieces of equipment and is located on Leveque Way between Loiselle Way and Lacombe Drive.

Spontaneous Use Hours

Available for use from 5:00 am - 11:00 pm as identified in the Parks Bylaw.
