Lions Park Fitness Equipment

The Perfect Backdrop for Outdoor Fitness!

The Lions Park Fitness Circuit features 13 pieces of equipment that work on every muscle group and contributes to balance, strength, flexibility and cardiovascular health. The workout stations take advantage of the beautiful Lions Park setting, making it an ideal and accessible place to exercise.

There is no cost to use the equipment, and they are available for use from 5:00 am - 11:00 pm as identified in the Parks Bylaw.

How do I get there?

You'll find a parking lot beside Lions Park at 5 Tache St (next to the Curling Club). From there, walk northwest toward the Sturgeon River, and you'll find the equipment next to the Red Will Trail System.
