Stretches

The stretch station within the Lions Park Fitness Circuit can be used for the whole body!

Hamstrings

Hamstring stretch.

Place leg on bar in comfortably straight position. Straighten back and reach for toe. Hold for 20-30 seconds per leg.


Quads

Quad stretch.

Place top of foot on the bar. Drive knee down and stretch the front of the leg. Hold for 20-30 seconds per side.


Lats

Lat stretch.

Place both hands on bar. Hinge at hips and let arms extend. Sink weight into lower body as arms remain straight. Hold for 20-30 seconds.
