Servus Place Party Room Rentals

It's your party and we'll play how you want to! Servus Place offers party room rentals and activity options for groups looking to celebrate in a fun and active environment. The party room is a basic room for your event with tables and chairs set up for your party group.  Party rooms are available throughout the week and on weekends based on availability and room capacity. The cost to rent a room for one hour (minimum rental time) is $55.00/hr (plus GST). 

How to Book

To book a party at Servus Place, download the Party Request Form. Forms can be returned to Servus Place by e-mailing them to partyrequest@stalbert.ca, dropping them off at the Guest Services desk or faxing them to 780-458-2750. Party space is limited, so book early. Completed forms are reviewed on a first-come, first-served basis. A staff member will contact you within 2 business days to confirm details of your request. Once the booking is confirmed with staff, full payment is required to hold your booking. You may pay in person at the Guest and Member Services desk or by calling 780-418-6088. Payment options include Visa, MasterCard, American Express, debit, cash or cheque.

Cancellations

In the event that you must cancel your party booking, you will receive a refund, less a $25.00 administration fee, if you cancel a minimum of five business days prior to the party date. Refunds will be not be issued for bookings canceled within five business days of the event. If your party is rescheduled for a future date, this cancellation fee will be credited towards the booking.
