Presented by Swiss Chalet
Join us every third Wednesday of the month for a fun and active morning. Start off your day with a walk around our indoor track or the drop-in Warm Water Workout for older adults in the Landrex Water Play Centre. When you are finished, head to the 2nd Floor Mezzanine to enjoy some snacks and refreshments between 10:30 a.m. and noon.
Drop-in admission or membership is required to attend Seniors' Day.
