Ladies do you want a class that will focus on your legs, glutes and core but still get your heart rate up? This one hour booty-camp is the class for you! Weight training, bodyweight exercises, and cardio intervals are just some of the training styles to expect here. Come prepared to sweat! All levels are welcome.
Ballet Barre Fitness
The ultimate way of building a strong, elongated physique. This technical class allows you to work out hard but is low impact on your joints. Build muscle, create a strong flexible core and a dancers body by using your own body weight. No classical music here, just a great fitness workout using ballet moves. Across the floor dance moves and some barre work are incorporated into this workout. You'll be tutu ready in no time, suitable for all fitness levels.
Beyond the Barre
Try taking the basic principles of Ballet Barre and applying them in a variety of different ways. You will be challenged by using the KINESIS Strength system and movements on and off the Barre progressing from the basics in this unique class and equipment alike. This full body workout will incorporate flexibility, mobility, balance, muscular strength, endurance and coordination. Dance moves, mat work, KINESIS and Barre work are incorporated into this class. No experience necessary
Bootcamp (Early Morning)
Get pushed to your limit. Join us for an intense workout two mornings a week. Whatever your goals, this class is designed to help you reach them. This is bootcamp so please be prepared to participate in some running and of course - push ups. This bootcamp runs Tuesdays and Thursdays.
Cardio Thai Boxing
Cardio Thai Boxing is a high energy and intense class that offers you a total body workout while you punch, elbow, knee and kick pads and heavy bags. Improve your cardiovascular fitness, develop strength and power while participating in a variety of striking drills. Improve joint mobility, flexibility, balance, stability and body awareness all while having fun and being challenged in a safe and welcoming atmosphere.
Cold Steel will refine and further your technique and abilities with the prograde kettlebells. Through this progressive, periodized program continue to develop strength, power, mobility, and body awareness. Have fun being challenged in a safe and welcoming environment. This is an intermediate class where previous kettlebell experience is required.
Exercise as Medicine
Inactivity is a major health concern in developing a wide array of diseases. Exercise as Medicine is a unique program that provides light to moderate exercise for individuals which chronic or progressive health conditions such as stroke, Arthritis, Parkinson's, MS and Cancer, among others. With moderate intensity, exercise can improve all aspects of health. Guided by an expert exercise physiologist, this gentle, small group program is the healthy link that participants need in order to confidently transition from a clinical or rehabilitation facility back into their community.
Whether you're an athlete or enjoy working out, your body will thank you for enrolling in Joint Mobility. Explore the range of motion in your joints, and learn to prepare your joints for activity, creating a strong and dynamic pre-workout warm-up and post-training stretching routine. These mobility drills, strength exercises, and stretches will help to prevent injuries while training, work through limitations, and translate into better performance in your activity. Push the boundaries of your body, open your mind, and see how you were made to move!
Take your kettlebell workout to the next level with this circuit class. Kettlebell movements will be combined with cardiovascular work, body weight exercises, Olympic rings, and resistance exercises to push you to the next level. This high intensity class will have you burning calories well after you leave the gym!
Kettlebell training will build long lean muscles, improve, strength, power and core strength. Increase co-ordination, joint mobility and overall endurance. We promise you’ll feel this one! All fitness levels are welcome and no previous kettlebell experience is necessary.
Kinesis & TRX
Experience a full body workout that utilizes the suspended strength training of the TRX with the balance and core training of the Kinesis wall. Learn about how your body moves and reacts when subject to different lines of pull, positions of supported weight, and multiple challenges to your balance.
KINESIS and TRX
Combine this amazing equipment for an effective and challenging full body workout. Build a strong core and increase your muscular endurance with the 360` Gravity of the Kinesis wall on one side and body weight exercises on the TRX Suspension Trainers on the other. This workout is for all fitness levels, and no prior KINESIS or Suspension Training experience is required.

Get off the couch and into Servus Place! This program addresses nearly every facet of fitness - aerobic & muscular endurance, strength (full body and core), explosive power, speed, joint mobility, and flexibility. This course also promotes mental toughness - breaking past perceived and/or real physical limitations. The overall goal of the course is to have each participant leave as a better version of themselves. Enjoy this program 3 days a week. Tuesdays and Thursdays 6:00-7:00pm and Saturdays 8:00-9:00am.
It's time to bust out of your plateau! Whether you want to build up strength or lose weight, this system of interval training will get you in the best shape of your life. Learn how to bridge weight training sessions with long cardio sessions and blend these two workouts together for a great end product. This high intensity metabolic class will maximize caloric expenditure and increase your metabolism during and well after class. *Being able to run 2km before coming into class will be a beneficial fitness requirement.
reBoot Body Boot Camp
In this boot camp you will be challenged through drills that will bring all aspects of your fitness level up a notch. This course is limited in participants to focus on small group training. Each week will include cardio (running, stairs), strength, endurance, core conditioning and flexibility as you progress from week to week. Insert Drive- reBoot life! This program runs Tuesdays and Thursdays.
This muscle conditioning class will sculpt and shape your muscles. The instructor will get you motivated to work your muscle groups, blast your body fat, and sculpt lean muscle. Get ready to get chisel'd!

Tabata is a high-intensity training regimen that produces remarkable results. The workout consists of working hard for 20 seconds, followed by 10 seconds of rest, repeated 8 times for a total of four minutes. No worries - we'll motivate you to do your best! Researchers boast that just four minutes of Tabata interval training could do more to boost aerobic and anaerobic capacity than an hour of endurance exercise. The Final 5
The Final 5 will break through the plateau you may have hit in your workouts. Rev it up and get ready to challenge your cardiovascular and muscular strength endurance two days per week. Challenge yourself and conquer the Final 5.
Toughen Up will push you to the limit three times a week. In this group training program you will experience everything but the kitchen sink. Circuits, kettlebells, metabolic training, body weight movement, TRX, stairs, running, spin, resistance training and the whole works. The program will also include before and after body composition and fitness testing. Whether you are training for a specific goal, competition or just for yourself, this class will give you one thing: Results! Join us Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays 9:15-10:45am.

Take your TRX suspension training to the next level by incorporating Tabata intervals. Bosu trainers, skipping ropes, handweights and other small equipment will be used along with the suspension trainers to keep the fun factor high as you push yourself. Come ready to sweat, play and have fun.
ViPR 3D focuses on three dimensional training providing a complete workout which encompasses cardio, strength and coordination training through rhythmical movements to music. It is great fun, gets your heart rate up and most of all works the body authentically through whole body integration. ViPR is wonderful for the upper body, amazing for the mid section and anyone who has experienced ViPR will tell you about the 'ViPR Butt!'
ViPR Cross Training
ViPR Cross Training accommodates all fitness levels with a variety of options provided in this overall body workout both toning and cardio. Once you experience ViPR training you will not want to stop. It is great for your upper body, fantastic for your mid section and will transform the way you train.
Zumba for Beginners
