Registrations for programs offered by Servus Place, both those that occur at Servus Place and those that occur in community facilities, and Fountain Park can be completed online. Simply find the program you are want to register in by either using the search feature to the left, flipping through the program guide by clicking on the image above the search feature or by finding the program using the Programs menu.
Once you find the program you are interested in, choose the Show Course to view the available dates and times to find the program that works for you. Then click on the register button. To register online you will need your Login ID and PIN. If you do not remember your information, click on the Forgot Password button when you go to register, enter your email address and you will receive an email with your login information.
Once you have logged in, you can pay for your program and you will be registered. If you are not able to register online, you can also register in person at any City of St. Albert facility or by calling Guest & Member Services at 780-418-6088. Payment options include cash, debit, credit card (VISA, American Express and Mastercard) and by cheque for in-person registrations; those completed by phone or online require VISA or Mastercard. Please note that a registration start date has been set for each season; no registrations will be accepted prior to the start date. Annual members of Servus Place receive one-week advance registration.
Waiting lists will be taken for all programs. If a space opens up, you will be contacted by phone or e-mail. If demand is sufficient and appropriate time, space and instructors are available, additional classes may be added. Programs may be cancelled due to low enrollment.
In the event that a registered program is cancelled, you will be notified by phone at least three (3) days prior to the start date. In this circumstance, a full refund will be provided or you may transfer immediately into one of our available programs. Register early to ensure your program runs!
Withdrawals and Transfers
If you choose to withdraw from a program or transfer into another, more than 7 days prior to the program start date, you can do one of the following:
- Transfer immediately into one of our many available programs with no administration charge (subject to program availability).
- Request a full refund minus a $5 administration fee.
All refunds and transfers within 7 days of the start date or after the program begins must be approved by a programmer and will only be done for extenuating circumstances. Please contact our Guest & Member Services Desk at 780.418.6088 with all cancellation inquiries.
We are not able to offer any make-up classes for missed classes.
