Notice: Bylaw complaints are moving out of the Spruce It Up app and onto a new online form starting September 25. For any complaints on issues related to municipal bylaws, traffic safety and non-emergency animal control, visit report.stalbert.ca to register your complaint.

Help the City Identify and Address Problems

Is there a sign missing from your neighbourhood? An abandoned vehicle? Graffiti that needs removal? A pothole that needs filling? Help the City locate and identify these issues so that we can deploy resources to address the matter. Please note that streetlights are not managed by the City, and issues should be reported to Fortis Alberta throught their Streetlight Repair Map.

Emergencies should not be reported through this application.
For matters posing an immediate risk to public safety, such as a downed powerline, please contact one of our emergency numbers.

Upon submission, you will receive an email acknowledging your reported issue. (Note that we respond to service requests during regular business hours. If your report comes in on a holiday, weekend, or after-hours, it will be read on the next business day.) You can continue to check on the status of the issue online and can expect an email once the issue has been resolved.

Getting Started

If you are not sure how to get started, please read the detailed step-by-step instruction guide or follow these steps:

Make sure the Report tab is selected .
Drag the map marker to the location of your issue, or type in the address directly.
Click Next.
Choose a service request Category from the drop-down menu that matches your issue.
Enter a Title (required), additional Description (optional), and attach an Image (optional).
Click Submit.

Users can also report issues to the City using the Spruce-It-Up (SeeClickFix) app on their smartphone. You can download the app for your specific platform by following the corresponding link below:
