Online Services

At the City of St. Albert, we're constantly striving to improve the service we provide to our residents. Many online tools are available, such as MyCity (which allows users to manage their dog and business licenses, review their assessment/taxation and utility records, and also register for e-billing) and Report an Issue (which allows residents to report matters in the community requiring repair or service), with many others in development.
