Maintenance Notice

Please note that MyCity (including Online Payments and Property Search) will be offline for maintenance during the weekend of September 18-20. All services will resume by Monday, September 21.

At the City of St. Albert, we're constantly striving to improve the service we provide to our residents. Many online tools are available, such as MyCity (which allows users to manage their dog and business licenses, review their assessment/taxation and utility records, and register for e-billing) and Report an Issue (which allows residents to report matters in the community requiring repair or service), with many others in development.
