Online Permit Portal
The City of St. Albert is launching a new e-permitting service that allows residents, developers, builders, and contractors to submit permit applications, pay fees by credit card, provide supporting documents, check statuses, and communicate with staff.
This service will be rolled out in phases across building permits, development permits and planning applications over the next few years.
Available Services
- Pre-application meetings
- Building permits and development permits for new single-detached dwellings, semi-detached dwellings, and townhouses
Note: All other application types continue to be accepted using the existing processes found through Planning Applications & Forms.
