Report an Issue

Help Spruce-Up St. Albert by reporting non-emergency problems

Is there a streetlight out in your neighbourhood? An abandoned vehicle? Graffiti that needs removal? A pothole that needs filling? Now you can help report non-emergency problems to the City of St. Albert from your smartphone or computer, thanks to our new partnership with SeeClickFix.

Please Note: Neither the ‘Report An Issue’ online form nor the ‘Spruce-It-Up’ app should be used for emergencies. For urgent matters that require immediate attention please contact one of the emergency numbers listed on our website.

Upon submission, you will receive an email acknowledging your reported issue. (Note that we respond to service requests during regular business hours. If your report comes in on a holiday, weekend, or after-hours, it will be read on the next business day.) You can continue to check on the status of the issue online and can expect an email once the issue has been resolved.
