Emergency Services
To report an emergency, such as a life-threatening situation, a crime in progress, or an impaired driver, call 911 immediately.

Report thefts and vandalism damages under $5,000 online to the RCMP or call the 24/7 complaint line at 780-458-7700.
Municipal Enforcement Services
See an illegally parked vehicle or dumping, graffiti on private property, or have a non-emergency animal complaint? Report it online or call the 24/7 complaint line at 780-458-7700.
Public Works
Found a pothole that needs filling, graffiti on public property, damage to City property, a tree down in your neighbourhood, or a missing sign? Report it through the City’s Spruce It Up app.
