Select Engineering Consultants on behalf of LA Ventures wishes to amend the Riverside Area Structure Plan (ASP) and the Land Use Bylaw (LUB), for a parcel of undeveloped land that is 6 hectares± (15 acres±) in size. The site is located off Rankin Drive, with a legal description of 22 River Lot, and a municipal address of 27 Genstar Annex. The Municipal Development Plan designates this land as Neighbourhood.
