What's Happening
A Special Committee of the Whole Meeting of Municipal Council of the City of St. Albert to take place in the Douglas Cardinal Boardroom at St. Albert Place with an option for any Council member to participate electronically via Zoom, commencing immediately following the City Council meeting at 1:00 p.m. on May 16, 2023.
The purpose of the meeting is for Committee of the Whole to present Committee members with an initial look at upcoming and future capital projects for consideration of debt financing and how the value and timing of those projects may impact our tax rate and debt limits.
An Agenda for the May 16, 2023 Special Committee of the Whole Meeting, together with background material from Administration will be made available to Council members and to the public with as much advance notice as possible prior to the Special Meeting.
