What's Happening
Bylaw 5/2023, if passed, would close a portion of Rankin Drive and consolidate that portion into lands for future land development. A road closure is required when a developer wants to develop land that is currently part of a publicly owned roadway. This happens as a neighbourhood develops and the final local road network is defined.
