What's Happening
Bylaw 2/2024, if passed, will amend Land Use Bylaw Regulation 8.21(c) regarding lot placement on non-through streets. It will allow narrower lots on a portion of a non-through street, implement a maximum of 100 dwelling units on a non-through street, and require a maximum non-through street length of 200 metres.
