What's Happening
Bylaw 18/2024 if passed, will repeal Land Use Bylaw 9/2005 and approve a new Land Use Bylaw, including a new Schedule A, Land Use District Map. The Land Use Bylaw is a document that is adopted by City Council that manages development within the city of St. Albert limits. This bylaw will also approve several redistricting files, located thorughout the city.
