1. What is the current ratio of executive leadership, directors, managers and supervisors to non-management employees, individually for each department and sub-department? Please provide specific details on how many non-management employees report to each leadership position. 2. How would these ratios change if all proposed new positions were approved? 3. How does our organizational structure and management-to-employee ratios compare with similarly sized Alberta municipalities? 4. How have these ratios changed over the past five years, specifically growth in management compared with frontline staffing?
