Join museum staff as they talk about the journey of weaving a loom woven sash inspired by an almost 200-year-old Métis sash from the museum’s collection during our next Local HiSTORIES lecture series.
Learn about the history of sashes worn during the fur trade, finger woven vs. loom woven, and try your hand at weaving!
