What's Happening
The Subdivision and Development Appeal Board (Bylaw 20/1995) hears appeals arising from the decisions of the Development Officer in connection with the administration and interpretation of the Municipal Development Plan and Land Use Bylaw. The Board's decisions may be appealed to the Court of Appeal of Alberta.
If you are an Affected Party of an SDAB Appeal that the Hearing has been scheduled for and you wish to address the SDAB Board in favour or opposition of the appeal, please register your intent to speak by emailing sdabsubmissions@stalbert.ca
Ensure the following is provided in your email:
- Full Name
- Address of Appeal
- Date of SDAB Hearing
- In Favour or In Opposition
Registered speakers have a time limit of five minutes to speak. The five minute time limit is to ensure that each and every speaker is treated fairly, ensuring that some are not allowed more time than others.
