Important Notice for the City of St. Albert Special City Council Meeting

The City of St. Albert Special City Council Meeting will be conducted as a hybrid in the Council Chambers and virtually.

The purpose of the meeting is to review the following:

Corporate Quarterly Report – Quarter 4, 2025;
Operating & Capital Carry Forwards & Completed Projects; and
Preliminary Year End Surplus & Reserve Transfer.

An Agenda for the February 17, 2026, Special Meeting of Council, together with background material from Administration, will be made available to Council members and to the public with as much advance notice as possible before the Special Meeting.
