What's Happening
Bylaw 19/2026 - Cherot Redistricting Amendment 20 to Bylaw 18/2024 (Schedule A), if passed, would see lands in Cherot currently in a holding district (Future Urban Development District) be assigned residential Districts, to enable the further development of the Cherot neighbourhood.
Bylaw 20/2026 - Cherot Redistricting Exchanging location of Medium Density and High Density Residential, if passed, would exchange the location of the Medium Density Residential (MDR) and High Density Residential (HDR) District lands, located on either side of Chanter Boulevard.
