June 18, 2026 Update: Location Change!
Due to inclement weather, the Summer Solstice Yoga and Sweet Treats event has been moved from Kingswood Park to the Orion Plastics Fieldhouse in Servus Place.
Come join us in celebrating the official first day of summer with some quality mat time!
We’ll salute the sun at its highest point and start the new season feeling energized together! No previous experience required.
No need to leave your kids at home! Cruisin’ Clubhouse will be onsite with sports, games, crafts and freezies for anyone that need an activity of their own during the class. Activities are best for kids 4 and over.

Registration: Pre-registration for the class is encouraged, as registrants will be notified of a location change based on the weather. Preregister online at activity.stalbert.ca or phone into guest services 780-418-6088. Course code 37986
Equipment: Bring your yoga mats, sunglasses and sunscreen and move through poses that bring heat and mobility to the body.
Cost: Free, donations for the St. Albert Food Bank are encouraged.
Parking: Available at Servus Place
Rainout location: Servus Place, registrants will be notified, if there is a location change.
