What's Happening
Bylaw 7/2026, if passed will redistrict 1.12 hectares± (2.76 acres±) of land at 23 Bellerose Drive from Direct Control (DC) District to Trail Corridor Commercial (TCC) District. Legal description of the land is Plan 202 0669, Block 3, Lot 5A. TCC District provides the opportunity of the widest variety of goods and services to the community and surrounding region.

Bylaw 5/2026, if passed will redistrict 0.10 hectares± (0.25 acres±) of land within the North Ridge Phase 2 neighbourhood. Approximately 0.04 hectares± (0.10 acres±) of the lands will be redistricted to the Public Park (PRK) District, and the remaining 0.06 hectares± (0.15 acres±) will be redistricted to the Small Lot Residential (SLR) District.
