Soulfire takes place on the second and fourth Thursdays of each month. For teens in grades 7 to 12. Tap into ways you can find deeper connections and learn about your own mental health! But in a FUN and UNIQUE way! No registration required. Just walk-in.

Come hang out, meet awesome new people, and try new and exciting activities.

November:

Explore inclusivity! Enjoy tea and bannock and have fun during get-to-know-you games.

Enjoy the great outdoors. Get insight into the Indigenous worldview of interconnectedness during a nature scavenger hunt.

What are you grateful for? Practice gratitude by creating sun gratitude keychains.

December to March:

Go on a spiritual exploration through winter berry harvesting and jam making and see how you can experience joy through collaboration and support.

Understand how simple acts like sharing your homemade jam highlight connection and giving.

Learn to create calming oils for a peaceful state of mind.

April and May:

Find a deeper way to connect with people through fun, unique activities.

Get active and express yourself thru dance.

Discover the joy of crafting healthy snacks to nourish your body and soul.
