Description

The purpose of this Request for Pre-Qualification (RFPQ) is to solicit submissions from
qualified, licensed and professional consulting firms to undertake concept development,
detailed design, stakeholder engagement, and construction management services for
utility projects. Firms have the opportunity to be considered for all or some disciplines
as outlined in Schedule A based on their provided interest. The City of St. Albert (The
City) will evaluate the “Proposals” in accordance with the qualification criteria outlined in
this RFPQ.
The RFPQ is the first stage of a two (2) stage selection process to select and enter into
contract with a pre-qualified consulting firm to provide engineering services for utility
projects. The second stage will be a request for quotation (RFQ) for selected projects
to the list of pre-qualified Respondents. City of St. Albert will execute a contract
agreement with the successful bidder following stage 2.
