In relation to the public presentation at Council on November 5, 2024 requesting St. Albert allow "hookah lounges" to be a permitted business activity in our community, please advise on the following:

To propose a motion for Council to publicly debate allowing the operation of "hookah lounge businesses" in St. Albert, could you please advise on what an appropriate motion would be?
