Can administration please provide some recommendations for how we might add some public consultation and engagement opportunities to the development of the Lakeview neighbourhood plan. Context: Red Willow Park, Big Lake, and our parks and natural areas are central part of what makes St. Albert special and there is some interest in how Red Willow Park will extend / develop to the West and then North up through Carrot Creek. There was opportunity for public input in 2017/18 with the development of the Red Willow Park master plan, and unclear if there has been much meaningful opportunity for input since then. With City admin preparing (and essentially approving) the neighbourhood plan, it may benefit from more public input.
