As part of the St. Albert Place Major Lifecycle Upgrades Project, 2024 Phase 2 work, is there an opportunity to include permanent LED “celebration” multi change color lighting to a portion of the exterior flashing? This would allow the City to light up St. Albert Place to recognize / celebrate many events throughout the year (e.g.: the permanent Christmas lights on homes). If not included in the draft scope of work, please provide a high-level cost estimate to do this work at the same time as other upgrades to save money.
