What factors are considered when creating a public transit bus schedule to service schools within St. Albert? Are the school start time/finish time a consideration when creating a bus schedule and are there opportunities for schools to adjust class start and finish times to facilitate student use of public transit. If so, has this occurred in St. Albert?
