Within the last 24 months, have there been incidents of harassment, intimidation, or physical assault by members of the public on employees of the City of St. Albert who work at the Mike Mitchell Recycle Centre and other city facilities where staff work alone? If so, please provide any relevant statistics including the number of incidents, injuries, or lost time. Secondly, what safety measures are present at these city facilities to provide a safe working environment for civic employees. Third, what are the standard managerial response and investigative procedures when an event of harassment, intimidation or physical assault is reported by an employee working at these facilities. Finally, what training, instruction or direction is given to employees of these city facilities when they are confronted by different, difficult, or dangerous members of the public.
