Can we please get an understanding of the provincial regulations surrounding Hookah lounges and how some municipalities allow them.

Along with this can the steps be outlined as to how to make amendments to our various bylaws to allow an applicant to open a legal lounge here in St. Albert. I would also be open to any restrictions that administration sees fit to make this fit into our community.
