Can Administration please provide any necessary background information that may have already been prepared related to the replacement of the Arden Theatre / AHF Marquee signs, and what steps would be necessary to enhance communication with new digital display(s) either in their current or new locations.

If possible, could Administration also provide a cost estimate for the replacement of the signs with a digital display(s) and potential for cost recovery by selling advertising space.
