Follow up to question asked at the November 21, 2023 Council meeting regarding Quarter 3 Report, page 5 of 38 item 2.1 Downtown Area Redevelopment Plan (DARP) Update and Prioritization, being yellow status, the impacts noted being street realignment and median improvements.

Are these related to St. Thomas Street? When will these items be brought to Council? Can project charters be prepared for these items individually or part of total DARP? Can project charters timing be advanced to support downtown vibrancy? What budget year is this work planned for? Is it dependent on timing of 22 St. Thomas Street housing development?
