Please provide a breakdown of the fire services and police services overtime for 2023 (year to date), with the number of hours and the total overtime costs - budgeted for 2023 and the revised forecast.

I am also looking for the number of times this year that an overtime shift was called when we were already at or over minimums for shifts and how many overtime shifts are being created from ambulance shift absences.
