Why is there currently only one aerial fire truck with the City when there was a motion not to sell the second aerial fire truck? What was it sold for, when was it sold and what is the plan to have a second one available for when the first one is in service? How many days or weeks was the current aerial fire truck in service in 2023? When is the aerial fire truck for Fire Hall #4 expected to arrive?
